Sal did not use the subcontractors that were promised. The work that he and his employees performed in my opinion was below standard. He did not complete the work to satisfaction. The realtor that he worked with said I should pay him to avoid an issues. The grout is chipping away that the re-colored grout lines and the paint job was not satisfactory.
