Russian owner was rude and obnoxious! Would not come back
I have been using Tornado Plumbing for a few years now, and they have consistently been very reasonably priced compared to competitors. What really stands out, though, is their customer service. They are responsive, professional, and take the time to clearly explain the issue and the recommended fix without any pressure.
