HORRIBLE company! Joann from the service department is very rude and unprofessional. Since day 1 that I called to get my doors serviced to the moment I call and ask questions on my quote. She hangs up on me I called back to ask for a manager and her manager is the same way! Run far from this company. Thankfully I found the parts I need and no longer need their HORRIBLE service!
Company appears to be very incompetent. Cannot identify a part number without going through distributor. I will be speaking with my distributor and eliminated TORMAX from our basket
I wish I would have read the reviews before spending $16k on doors bc the low reviews about the Service Dept is 100% accurate... but the Salesperson & the Installation Team & techs who service are great. Corporate needs to monitor calls at the Service Dept for a week to see how customers are spoken to & hung up on. It's entirely too comfortable there. Where is any level of professionalism? Great product. Terrible Service Dept. Great technicians tho.
