Customer service is HORRRIBLE. You submit an order and they can't even tell you when its shipping. Then just never responds.

This company is incredibly difficult to reach, even just to purchase their products. I can’t imagine what their service would be like. I’ve tried calling and emailing, but their system is frustrating: you leave a message and never get a call back. There’s no way they’re that busy if they were, they’d have a local rep instead of someone three states away. I assume the 5 star rating with no comments are AI, paid or employees. Ridiculous.

I’m only giving a 2 star because our service tech Tony was fabulous & cared about the customer. Joann on the other hand from service call dept was rude & unprofessional. Just a heads up if your calling & needing service in the South Tx area

HORRIBLE company! Joann from the service department is very rude and unprofessional. Since day 1 that I called to get my doors serviced to the moment I call and ask questions on my quote. She hangs up on me I called back to ask for a manager and her manager is the same way! Run far from this company. Thankfully I found the parts I need and no longer need their HORRIBLE service!
