This company will lie and cheat you. They told me their machine was made in America. When I got it the box said made in China. The stuff in the box will come bent. The holes won't line up. You'll let them know and they will say well that's manufacturing. No instructions. Technical support They won't help you. They will tell you to turn your machine on then off. Let it sit for a while. This company is a joke. Machines are notorious for issues, just check the forums. If you have the pleasure of dealing with customer service, especially the manager Mark, prepare to be disappointed. If they know your machine is down, they will send replacement parts at the slowest shipping speed. They are also very good at misdiagnosing machine issues and you will spend weeks sending parts back and forth. If you want to know the quality, I can buy their drivers from China on Amazon for $70.
