Builder installed Torly's engineered flooring in our condo. It is a floating as opposed to a glued floor. We are having issues with gaps between boards and the top coat lifting on several boards. Some of the issues may be attributable to poor installation. We have received zero support from Torly's, who are extremely difficult to contact. In my opinion, Torly's is a mid quality builders type brand which looks good for a couple of years. When we replace the floor we will definitely select another brand.
There is NO option to speak to anyone at Torlys! I sent an email more than a month ago and have not heard back.
