I purchased the front and rear truck frame mounted tiedown kits. Front kit parts list and installation instructions indicates four (4) plate washers. Only two (2) were in the kit. Called customer service and was placed in the a que. Everytime I was the next up caller, I was told no one was available and asked to leave a message. Tried a half dozen times. For the price of their products, Torklift should have better quality control and customer service.
