It has been a wonderful experience having Torklaw Represent me. I was in a terrible car accident. My car was totaled and I was in terrible pain. I was out of work and in debt due to my accident. It began ok, that was 4 months ago, now I text then and takes for ever to get a response! They said I could call them any time but receptionist said they were tending to a call and would return my call asap? I guess they are still tending that call? This was on 11/21/25 today is Monday 11/24/25! Up to my head in debt about to go into 2 months not being able to pay my rent, lost work and looks like I’m getting little to no compensation for an accident that was not at fault!.

I don’t know where to start. Maddi is exceptional from her detailed oriented style all the way down to her super responsive and thorough communication. You made this process very manageable. I honestly would recommend anyone who deals with Torklaw to ask to have Maddi as your contact. You’re an exceptional employee and I hope you’re compensated as well because it would be a shame to ever lose you to a competitor.
