from the day and got into the accident everybody has been very nice and helpful. They have been available to answer any questions . I found out about this law firm when they had a booth set up at a boxing match. I'm very glad I made the choice for them to represent me. I have 100% confidence in the job that they're doing for my case.
If I could leave zero stars I would…. In no way did I submit ANY sort of paperwork that I need help with an accident and they have been NON STOP spam calling AND texting me at alll hours of the day and night. You’d think if they didn’t hear back within 48 hours that LAWYERS would be smart enough to put two and two together and leave someone alone or assume they got help elsewhere but nope.. 8 days now and they’re still at it. Straight up harassment. HIGHLY SUGGEST SEEKING HELP FROM ANYONE BUT THEM
It has been a wonderful experience having Torklaw Represent me. I was in a terrible car accident. My car was totaled and I was in terrible pain. I was out of work and in debt due to my accident. It began ok, that was 4 months ago, now I text then and takes for ever to get a response! They said I could call them any time but receptionist said they were tending to a call and would return my call asap? I guess they are still tending that call? This was on 11/21/25 today is Monday 11/24/25! Up to my head in debt about to go into 2 months not being able to pay my rent, lost work and looks like I’m getting little to no compensation for an accident that I was not at fault!.
