Great affordable and quality built homes, townhomes and apartments. The layout and high end finishes make their townhomes (and other properties) feel spacious and comfortable. Having previous experience with living in apartments I can fully say that Torkelson Construction’s properties feel like home and with a sense of community. The Owners are genuinely great people and care about their tenants and their community. I highly recommend Torkelson Construction!! Thank you.
I rented from them and the refused to give me my deposit back and then tacked on a huge bill for cleaning and replacement of things in the rental. I have photo proof that everything they claim is a lie. I’ve heard from many people that have experienced the same issues. Curious why you can’t find reviews online for them? They threaten people and pay to make sure these reviews are removed.
