The staff kindly let us in without booking. Only 40mins allowed but we still get to enjoy this high quality and delicious meal. Slalom sashimi was so fresh, every single small dish was tasty even the rice, the katsu served with perfect amount of coating. Not as flavourful but you will like it if you like the natural flavour of the ingredients.
Didn't think to book. Arrived at 630pm. Next available at 715pm. Worth the wait tho. See photo for reference.
