Been renting here for almost 3 years. Great service from building maintenance (called once and they were here the next day). Good building manager. Close location to almost everything that you need.
Don’t waste your time here, management is horrible, doesn’t listen, can’t communicate like a human being, if you think Rancho was bad, this is worse. They’ll find any ridiculous thing and call it a problem, they call you and bother you in your own home. Proceed with caution.
The repair customer service is horrible! No matter you are under one year warranty, the service makes you feel you are begging them for mercy. Quality of the condo is bad. Request for repair was an extremely unpleasant experience.
