The best ramen spot in Raleigh.
Torii has reopened! Smaller menu than before, but my tonkatsu was wonderful, as was my wife’s poke bowl. Definitely try their black sesame ice cream!
I used to love going to Torii, and have brought so many of my family and friends here because of it. Just like I've recommended this place to them, I recommend this place to anyone if they want a beautiful bowl of noodles. The place is always clean, the staff is incredibly friendly and kind, and the food here is delicious. I recommend their seafood ramen or their tonkatsu ramen.
