This company perpetuates the “slash and burn” equivalent of landscaping, as many other reviewers have said. Despite Boulder not allowing RoundUp weed spray on school grounds and parks, this company uses it on our condo complex in Boulder. (Also 1 star for HOA management people without the wisdom to realize that prioritizing gas leaf blowers and roundup versus livable spaces is not what owners/residents actually want.) I certainly won’t be recommending this company.
These guys LLC should hold a standard of cleaner services seeing that you're a outdoor lawn cleaning service that does the job half a$$. 5% tip... we're looking for you guys to keep us trimmed, sweeped, cleared walkways without your leftover debris of leaves, sticks or twigs at my back door entrance. Service is very low grade this is way I chose 1 . Hopefully, there will be a change in service technique.
Really unhappy with our condo complexes maintenance this year. We paid extra for battery powered leaf blowers and they used gas powered blowers pretty much the entire summer. We spent over 4K to repair the sprinkler lines and they didn’t even start working until mid August… The costs of the service do not justify the appearance and quality of the work at our complex. We will be looking around for another company come this next year as there are dozens of option in Boulder.
Do not hire Torii Landscape company. This company is absolutely torn up our beautiful property. Torii Landscape motto is Mow, Blow, an GO. Employees have no pride in a job well done!!!
