History Established in 1985. Torii restaurant is a family own business and is located in Modesto. Our goal to our costumers is to create a fun environment were all ages are welcomed. The owner of torri's Mei has been the owner for more then 20 years. We offer a full bar, sushi bar , and karaoke at our restaurant. I would not recommend this place. Extremely overpriced. And the food was terrible. The chicken was dark and white meat mixed. Had absolutely no taste. Soup was very fishy.
