Con franchezza siamo usciti da Torien delusi. Va subito evidenziato un profilo rilevante: la scelta di riprendere la cucina tradizionale giapponese e la sua modalità di preparazione è affascinante, anche dal punto di vista visivo. At one of New York’s rare Michelin one-star yakitori restaurants, I was reminded how extraordinary chicken can be. The Welcome Appetizer, Sake Kasu Char Siu was the perfect opening, with rich sake lees aroma complementing the tender, flavorful char siu. Every skewer that followed was exceptional.
