Excellent food, but exorbitantly priced for the tastemakers and intelligentsia to gobble up. Not great value.
Every yakitori is impressive, with different dynamics, each one of its kind. The cold noodle and cream brûlée are exceptional, too. It is better than the Yakitori Takahashi the Michelin star Yakitori in Tokyo, imo.
This place is hands down one of the best meals I’ve had living in NYC, and I’ve been here for the better part of 15 years. Everyone working, the chefs, wait staff, next level. Food was authentic and insanely tasty. It’s not a cheap meal but it’s definitely worth it. Will be coming back once my wallet recovers (:
Best yakitori i have tried outside of Japan. Crazy good quality, amazing atmosphere and great service. Love it!
