I would give this place zero stars but I can't unclick the one star. I took my 3-year-old with her friend to get their ears pierced. They were running late and they claim it was because my waiver wasn't filled out but we actually arrived early and the person at the front desk was helping someone else and then was checking in someone else while we were just standing there.
