Had an appointment scheduled over three months in advance. Called me a week before my appointment and cancelled, and expected me to wait until after the first of the year. The person I talked to on the phone didn’t seem to really give a shit.
Torhorsts Foot and Ankle provided me with the best care possible! They got me in right away and the whole process was smooth. I highly recommend Torhorsts Foot and Ankle for anyone experiencing problems. Dr. Torhorst is very personable and he is excellent at what he does. I am extremely happy with my results.
Rescheduled my appointment because they double booked. Expected me to take a 7:30am appointment after waiting months to be seen. Receptionist was rude and supervisor didn't care. I canceled my appointment and the podiatrist himself called me to harass me about the cancelation. Yikes
Wonderful, caring and compassionate doctor/human being with a fun sense of humor. He has a busy practice but takes time to explain what he's doing, plus he has a gentle touch. His staff is friendly and well trained.I highly recommend him.
