I worked at tores home and all these reviews are not entirely true there have been people accused of stealing narcotics and nothing was done. A girl fell out on a desk for hours cause of drugs and just recently got her job back girls are nodding out at the med cart cause od fentanol and videis were even taken as proof but ignored by management she was only moved to another house in flat rock then she was caught stealing a residents debit card and using it. I have worked at Tores off and on for about 5 years now. It is a great place to work. They make you feel like family from the moment you start working. The way Tore has set up each house allows us to really take the time to care for each of our residents. I have left to do private care but always been welcomed back with open arms. You are able to really get to know the residents and what is going on with each one so you can provide excellent care. I am compelled to write a review of Tore's Home memory-care unit because I am so grateful that this facility exists and that it is here in Brevard. Despite my commitment to keep my husband home, his physical needs became increasingly more demanding, finally more than I could safely handle 24 hour a day.
