Dr Libby was exceptional. We had to make the difficult decision to put our beloved, almost 17 yr old cat Tiffany to sleep and Libby was so compassionate and reassuring that we were making the right decision and we recieved a sympathy card from the clinic with a lovely message and Tiffany's paw prints inside. Always have received the best care at Torenbeek.
Exceptional care, empathy and compassion by Dr Libby. Holistic approach to the end of life care for my dog. Personal, affectionate, and warmth provide by all staff. Thank you for your kindness.
The beautiful staff at this vet accommodated our short notice to put our fur child to sleep. The were so flexible and incredibly caring. A beautiful location and a hard day made slightly easier thanks to their help and care. Thank you
