Very good experience. Staff is very patient and informative. Office and work area is consistently spotless. I got a ton of work done here. Great price on all new tires. Got a lot of other work done too. I thought at first it was maybe a bit pricey....but overall the dollars spent servicing my 17 year old mercedes e350 was a good investment. The car runs like it is new. I'm happy.
I work in a neighborhood where nails are in the road. Don't ask me why but it 's true. I use Torello Tire every time. The people are very pleasant and knowledgeable and they are very aware of your shortage of time. What more can one ask? Well, how about lovely, comfortable furniture for you to wait. It's as nice as home. The overall experience is one of calm, comfortable service. Their prices are average, too.
