Very good experience. Staff is very patient and informative. Office and work area is consistently spotless. I got a ton of work done here. Great price on all new tires. Got a lot of other work done too. I thought at first it was maybe a bit pricey....but overall the dollars spent servicing my 17 year old mercedes e350 was a good investment. The car runs like it is new. I'm happy.
I had an awesome experience with TORELLO. Mike was especially helpful in getting my tires and alignment all set up, answering my questions etc. Just solid people, CLEAN shop and waiting area, and they are always busy which means people trust them. I’d recommend them to anyone!
I work in a neighborhood where nails are in the road. Don't ask me why but it 's true. I use Torello Tire every time. The people are very pleasant and knowledgeable and they are very aware of your shortage of time. What more can one ask? Well, how about lovely, comfortable furniture for you to wait. It's as nice as home. The overall experience is one of calm, comfortable service. Their prices are average, too.
Great experience!!!! Jo Ann had models to explain the items that pertained to my service Many people that I know also I services. Everyone pleased with the quality of work and the honesty with which they recommend services
went and got my emissions done today and I was in and out in 10 minutes! Very satisfied
