Excellent company. I was in a pinch buying a home and needed a thorough report on a minor crack in the foundation. The owner consulted the Town record and made the inspection himself. He gave all the information I needed- to know my structure was safe, so that I felt confident completing the purchase. The report was detailed, the photographs showed the issue very well. This report was worth every penny, for the peace of mind it provided. I highly recommend Torello.
I highly recommend using Torello Engineers for residential inspections for those buying a house. I reached out to Torello Engineers to obtain a residential structural inspection on a house I was interested in. They visually inspected the entire basement, throughout all the rooms, and even crawled into the attic.
