I highly recommend using Torello Engineers for residential inspections for those buying a house. I reached out to Torello Engineers to obtain a residential structural inspection on a house I was interested in. They visually inspected the entire basement, throughout all the rooms, and even crawled into the attic. Gary and the other engineers are excellent. They are prompt, professional, and do an excellent job communicating technical issues/requirements to us non-engineers. Highly recommend.
My husband and I recently purchased a home with some cracks in the foundation noted in a home inspection. We hired Torello Engineers to complete a foundation assessment. The money we spent was well worth it. Gary was extremely detail oriented and provided an excellent inspection report noting exactly how to fix our issues.

Guy sure has a lot to say about a business on Facebook. I have a lot more saved of his conversations even the phone call where he cussed me out and then proceeded to delete his post. I’ll just add one. I don’t think I would ever use his business. Not very professional. Edit: added more photos and you can see in a review they mentioned Gary. Try again. lol
