What a terrifying experience I have had with this guy plus I guess Holly or whatever fake name she gives the at front is extremely disgustingly rude. I had an emergency to remove work he had done .No explanation was ever given to advise other Dentist. Not sure hes gonna stand behind any work he does . Probably cheap labor behind everything my guess .I would never blink a eyelash at this guy again. Not to mention I apparently got prank call for cleaning. 3 days ago I had to see Dr. Steinberg for the treatment of a cracked tooth. I was petrified! My youngest daughter actually gave me her lovey, named Muffins, to hold while I was in the chair! Dr. Steinberg was beyond gentle. I LITERALLY didn't feel my injections (I had to have 2, in order to get the involved nerves anesthetized)!!!! I stayed completely numb and comfortable during the procedure. His assistant, Brianne, was professional and kind. She helped to put me at ease with conversation and her relaxed manner. I go to get a single crown and he starts going all over the place about the rest of my mouth, the history of my teeth over the past 15 years, and would not focus on the immediate problem. He refused to place a crown because he claimed the adjacent tooth has a failing implant. But he did not even look at any x-rays, even though his office had been sent x-rays from the oral surgeon right next door.
