I am petrified of the dentist thanks to an awful dentist (butcher!) when I was young. I have avoided going for so many years despite my teeth being very bad. I finally had to go due to cavity and getting excruciating nerve pain. After a few calls, I got an appointment with Torcross for following day. The ladies in the reception were lovely and helpful. Arrived and was meet politely by the ladies on reception i was then called in by nurse who asked politely how I am with a nice smile i went in to see dentist who also asked nicely how I am and any problems then followed by my checked up which I was treated very well I left feeling happy and also got to ask some questions which the dentist politely answered which I thank her for that as it did help me for my daughter .
Very efficient .
Arrived for my 4pm appointment and was greated warmly and with a smile. Treatment was quick and was shown exray and advised on future treatment. Not pushed into any rash decisions.
