I had a horrible experience here as an uber driver especially with the manager Todd, he was Extremely disrespectful and he had no grace and kindness in his heart. Just very Bitter and Angry. He knows what he did was unacceptable. I asked him his name and he was so Pissed off about it and screamed his name and walked off… all the customers and employees saw his attitude. Do not order delivery from this location. Todd the manager is completely unprofessional and rude. The way they put out their orders is completely unsupervised and anyone can come in and steal the food. This happened to me while ordering through Uber Eats. The third driver who went there was kind enough to talk to the employee and Todd to see if they would remake my order. I had been waiting an hour and a half at this point. Casual, good for sit down and takeout both. Food and drinks are delicious. Service at my local store has been EXCELLENT!
Remy is just the best, her customer service was a 10/10. she was attentive and very welcoming. On top of that the food was amazing
Remy made sure we were well taken care of would definitely recommend
