February 1, I visited Torchy’s Tacos for breakfast with my husband. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing due to several customer service issues. While at the counter, I attempted to get the attention of a bar attendant who appeared to have an earbud in her ear. I said “excuse me” twice, but she did not acknowledge me and instead she looked at me turned around and walked through a door blatantly ignored me . I'm a long time Torchys connoisseur & the vibe at this location is on point. From the clean restrooms that have music playing at a level where whatever business needs to be handled in there is handled peacefully to the pleasant employees. It was just better than other Torchys. I got my food rather quickly and the manager made her presence known by making sure I had been served. Shout out to Missouri City Torchy's.
