First time here and Cierra was a wonderful! She was very attentive and friendly at the bar, wonderful service and drinks.
I normally love torchys but this visit was bad. Hardly any meat on my burrito plus they didn’t add queso as I requested. The high school age girl at the counter seemed uninterested and didn’t escalate.
Torchy's in Rockwall is fantastic. We put in a large group order for our high school and they were over the top accommodating. There wasn't one mistake made. All the food was labeled and bagged perfectly. Matt, the manager was exceptionally helpful during this experience. I love Torchy's on my own, but having this experience with a group order was delightful, and it's not often you can say that!
