Karma is the best bartender ever!
The switch from cashiers to kiosk has made the process of order unnecessary long. Maybe 5 mins with cashiers and 20 with kiosk as people trying to figure out how to use. Cashiers were NOT available during the wait time.
While there was nothing wrong with the food the couple of times I’ve been here, my concern is the lack of acceptable sanitation practices of the bartenders. I observed a bartender graze her hair, and then proceed to pick out mint leaves and then put them into a drink without washing her hands. Not to mention she had handled receipts and everything else prior to the grazing of her hair and did not wash her hands once.
