Called to inquire about parts as I was purchasing an older table. I was told no problem, there's parts availability. I purchased the plasma table, was having issues so I called for tech support. A tech by the name of Matt called, I explained my problem and he suggested he'd come by and work the issues out. At that time i was told the table was obsolete with no replacement parts! This was in February, it's now October, I'm no farther along 8 months later and I've been left high and dry with unkempt promises and what not. The ... read more

I’ll never buy another Lincoln product again. Customer service makes it sound like they’re going to help you when they’re really not they want to charge an arm and a leg to replace an item that never worked in the first place what a rip off I should’ve went with Miller

They Fired Me For No Reason...And Wouldn't Even Tell Me WHY....WHO DOES THAT...NO RESPECT FOR THAT AT ALL TORCHMATE/LINCOLN DISLECTIC!!
