Amazing customer service, 24 hour service, extremely easy to rent (you can even text to rent/cancel!) and great prices. You do not want to look past TL Storage Units.
Customer service is hailed but lacking. Rodent damage larger than mice was discovered. A hole in the unit was brought to the owner's attention and he did not investigate it. Clothing and other items were damaged. The insurance company was requested but not provided, to make a claim. The owner responds below that the credit card company has sided with him. I have never had an issue with this company. Exactly what you want out of storage units. Has seemed very secure and fair priced.
Easy to rent from. Units are in good shape.
Super helpful service and great accessibility! Makes it easy to store things I don’t have room for around my house.
