Extremely frustrating experience. I’ve never encountered such a lack of professionalism and competence. Would strongly recommend avoiding this place.
Chefs don't follow menu, the chef i had made calzone 3 days in a row. Camp managers have no integrity, they will tell you one thing but when it's time for them to follow through they will say that they never told you that and this happened twice in a row with different camp managers. Very disappointing company and if you deal with them get everything in writing because their word doesn't mean anything.
