Chefs don't follow menu, the chef i had made calzone 3 days in a row. Camp managers have no integrity, they will tell you one thing but when it's time for them to follow through they will say that they never told you that and this happened twice in a row with different camp managers. Very disappointing company and if you deal with them get everything in writing because their word doesn't mean anything.
This is absolutely the worst camp catering company I have had the displeasure of working for. The VP of operations (or whatever his title is) is a psycho. I personally heard him on the phone yelling at one of his Chef's calling her a word that rhymes with 'punt' and another word that rhymes with 'hitch' and that was in a matter of a few seconds till I went back outside.
