Screw Torch Industries. Ordered from them May 31st. No communication whatsoever since. Made phone calls; no answer, no option to leave a message. Sent multiple emails; no response. I don't care if they build the best bars on the planet. They're not getting my business. Cancelling with my CCC. If they can't communicate with the people who afford them to have a business; they're worthless. Just imagine people are sending them almost $500 dollars at a time interest free for a couple of months. Hmmmmm?
I got a Pair of Reduced Reach Rival Bars for my Indian Challenger. They are super nice bars. Very well made. Great customer service that is very helpful. If they didn't answer the phone they got back with me as soon as they could. Thank you Torch for making my Indian Challenger that much better. Highly recommended.
No words for how bad the customer service is. They don’t take calls…once they responded to email, I ordered and paid for a set of bars that were in stock. They went dark after many attempts to reach them I received a tracking number by email but they hadn’t shipped. Another week went by and I attempted to cancel the order. I ordered a set from KST and had them on the bike in 4 days. In the meantime the Torch bars shipped and after numerous emails and phone attempts I have heard nothing. Terrible business practices.
