Told me they took my insurance took my active insurance card took copies. They then call me after the appointment is done and say they will no longer be accepting my insurance. ( no problem I'll just find someone that does not a big deal) but then they send me a bill for the appointment they said it was going to be covered for. If I knew they didn't take my insurance I never would have gone in the first place.
