Very helpful staff, busy all times.
Dr. Mahmood is a great pediatrician. He is very gentle with kids and takes time to explain everything clearly. He listens to all our concerns and gives the right advice. We feel comfortable and confident with him taking care of our baby. The receptionists are also very nice and soft-spoken, which makes the overall experience even better. The only drawback is that, even with an appointment, there’s usually a wait of at least an hour—sometimes even more.
Terrible… walked in at 4:30pm when they close at 6 and they said “we are no longer accepting patients” not to mention the waiting room was empty. Don’t advertise as a walk in clinic if you’re not accepting walk ins . Especially almost 2 hrs before close
