Polite staff, quick service
Terrible company to deal with. We purchased their carpet through Menards, since day one it loses substantial amounts of pile. Our installer has never seen anything like it. Filed a claim and they are refusing to refund our install costs, only offered a Menards store credit, how does that help pay for installing new carpet. We have been trying to resolve this for months, stay away from this shameful company that is selling terrible products.
They had a so many great options and we are beyond happy with with our kitchen flooring. We will definitely be using them again when it comes time to redo our basement flooring!
After selling Marquis products for years I can tell you they are extremely risky. Shotty quality and terrible customer service/claims. I like to be confident in what I put in my customer's homes and this is a company that would be best in a Box Store. Nothing more.
