Great company 10/10
The item ordered online never arrived. No response to emails or phone calls. When a dispute was finally raised by my card company over 2.5 months later the item magically arrived on my doorstep. I assume they had no intention of delivering the product unless they faced a charge back from the card company. Avoid. 1 year later: I get an email from Leeson Walmsley with an offer of £50 to remove my poor review. Be warned - this company is trying to pay to remove bad reviews.
Very poor company with bad business practices. I ordered a Bell Mx9 helmet which was shown as in stock. After a number of emails and messages and several days of nothing, I was finally informed that it was actually "out of stock". I opted for a refund as nothing else appealed to me, but a week later I have yet to receive anything, so have had to lodge a PayPal claim as the company will not respond.
