The guard at the main gate was SUPER NICE and very helpful they unloaded me right away even though the stopped traffic made me a 1:30mins late… be careful if you crossing over the Tennessee bridge off hwy20 it was jammed packed maybe from a wreck and I had to try multiple routes to get around it. If u get off BEFORE the bridge on 65 it would probably be smoother than using 20 with or without traffic
