My husband is a disabled veteran and senior. He put a deposit down on a fence with the understanding a full refund would be given back to us if we were unable to put together the rest of the money. We have been trying for several months now to get our deposit back. Our phone calls and messages have not been returned. This company was presented to us as a Christian based company that was interested in helping the veteran. We are beginning to feel like we were taken advantage of.

We were recommended to use Toranzo and they did a good job with the install but then never responded once the gate broke. Called at least over 15 times and texted with no response. Got a response 10 weeks (which was rude and over text) later when he told me that he would find a technician to help me. Never called again. Worst customer service experience. Rather have him be honest and say he couldn't fix it. Called another gate operator who came out the same day and put in a warranty claim and fixed all within 2 weeks.

Had a 120' PVC fence installed by these guys with 3 gates on 5/28/2015 and they did a good job (so far from what I have seen at the time of writing this). The initial sales guy (Allen) that came out was very nice and explained to me the work that they do and demoed the materials they use. Once signed up, they did the permitting in quick time and once the specialize fencing materials were in that I ordered, the owner came out the day of the job and supervised the install. If you want a fantastic experience right from the estimate to the finished product then you absolutely need to give Nelson a call. His product is second to none and he takes a lot of pride in a job that is done right. To top it off he is a wonderful person with the upmost of honesty & intergrity. Nelson is not out to grab your dollars he is out to provide you with an amazing product at a great price. Keep up the great job Nelson and we are fortunate that we went with you.

He is not only a professional who knows all details of what is needed but will give you advice and great suggestions.
