Dr. MacArthur is very friendly and fairly punctual (for a doctor). For general family medicine, he has been very helpful.
This is one of the most unprofessional medical facilites that I have been to here in Utah. Some of the staff are rude and the management is clueless.
This was my first time seeing Dr. MacArthur. He never looked at or touched me and I was there for symptoms of diabetes. After testing, a nurse told me the results, I had an UTI although I had no symptoms, and then dropped off prescriptions. He told me a UTI would account for all of my problems...not the case. Also, I'm nursing and he gave me unsafe prescriptions for that. One of the prescriptions was to treat symptoms that I don't have.
