First time a guy came he seemed to be pretty good and helpful add nice enough but then the following summer the same problem happen and no advice was given to avoid the situation from repeating and then the second time they sent someone extremely young and he wasn't very knowledgeable at all and also took my old faucet with him which I did not approve. Needless to say I was not impressed overall especially for them charging prices for what they consider overtime when they showed up hours late.
Toram has been doing our plumbing repairs and installations for over a decade. We live in an older condo so from time to time need the help of a plumber. Toram does a first class job at reasonable prices and is courteous and professional at all times. I highly recommend Toram if you need a plumber.
Extremely professional. Serviced out studio location and we are thrilled with the professionalism and very fair pricing. Will definitely use again.
