When I went in to check in is a very busy place to begin registering at the front counter. There is a woman there by the name Iphanie, I think I’m writing it right, she’s very rude & threw my papers of my upcoming appointment literally to my face for mispronunciation of her name. I want her written up so she won’t do this to anyone else.
