Top Tier Roofing was OUTSTANDING with customer service and execution of literally being called about roof damage and having the roof on within 2 weeks time through a State Farm claim which is UNHEARD of!! I called Top Tier after noticing a water spot in our vaulted ceiling after a heavy rain. DJ came out the next day to assess damage and see what we needed to do. Once we realized that the whole roof needed replaced, DJ got right to work. Matt and DJ helped me with the process of filing my claim, were extremely knowledgeable, professional and made it so easy.
