Update: River died today. I would say it is a direct result of TopTails delaying approving her insulin despite many phone calls to the clinic following up. She developed ketoacidosis , pancreatitis, and liver failure due to the delay in insulin and was put down humanely at another animal hospital who had her best interest at heart. I was given 20 dollars off for writing a PAWSitive review.
