It has now been over 8 months since the balustrade support post was left incomplete, despite multiple follow-ups and assurances. The job remains unfinished and, according to the receptionist I spoke with, is “an accident waiting to happen”—a concerning admission that underscores the potential safety risks involved. Customer service is poor. Job was started in December and was not completed until March. on occasion after occasion I was told that the installer would be onsite, to have no one showed up. No phone call, no message, no email to inform me that the installer would not be coming to site.
