Customer service is poor. Job was started in December and was not completed until March. on occasion after occasion I was told that the installer would be onsite, to have no one showed up. No phone call, no message, no email to inform me that the installer would not be coming to site.
Very helpful staff and detailed quote with excellent recommendations. Definitely using them for my new staircase when I build.
