Ordered $400+ of garden mix and asked them if I needed to add anything to it. Was told not to add anything to it or it would burn and that it was ready to go. Well, all 50+ of my plants that I planted in it are yellow or very pale green and aren't growing. In comparison, my plants in fabric pots with different potting mix and compost I mixed into it are thriving. It isn't overwatering, but the soil itself. They were very helpful on the phone when choosing how much I should get for the square footage for my lawn sod and topsoil. This sod was way past my expectations. I mean, does it get any better? Everyone in my cul-de-sac has commented on the lawn, even the mail lady was staring. We did it ourselves and I have tendonitis because of it, but damn is it beautiful.
Incredibly satisfied with product and team at Topsoils Northwest. Location is great and their delivery process is quick and hassle free. I think the bit that Topsoils Northwest has got right is a great product with incredible service from the entire team. I worked directly with multiple people at the yard as well as delivery driver and excellence was consistent!
Great experience. Good price from what I can find. Ordered 12 yards of gravel and got it next day, even during the holiday season. Online ordering was simple and straightforward. I needed a last minute change and the person on the phone was easily able to do it, and proactively offered to move up my delivery time. Their order system gives you a live tracker for the truck with an accurate ETA, which is particularly useful for large deliveries you need to coordinate. The driver was professional and helpful.
