They were very helpful on the phone when choosing how much I should get for the square footage for my lawn sod and topsoil. This sod was way past my expectations. I mean, does it get any better? Everyone in my cul-de-sac has commented on the lawn, even the mail lady was staring. We did it ourselves and I have tendonitis because of it, but damn is it beautiful.
Incredibly satisfied with product and team at Topsoils Northwest. Location is great and their delivery process is quick and hassle free. I think the bit that Topsoils Northwest has got right is a great product with incredible service from the entire team. I worked directly with multiple people at the yard as well as delivery driver and excellence was consistent!
Great experience. Good price from what I can find. Ordered 12 yards of gravel and got it next day, even during the holiday season. Online ordering was simple and straightforward. I needed a last minute change and the person on the phone was easily able to do it, and proactively offered to move up my delivery time. Their order system gives you a live tracker for the truck with an accurate ETA, which is particularly useful for large deliveries you need to coordinate. The driver was professional and helpful.
Great products, prices, and service. I've ordered topsoil and sod and on each occasion, my experience was seamless. Their website is super easy to use and answers a lot of questions one may have about types of soil, etc. They even provide tutorial videos, ex, "how to install sod". Each time I schedule a delivery, I get a follow-up call to confirm the delivery on the day prior. Will use again in the future. Thank you!
Great communication, fast on time delivery, and the product quality is the best I've seen. I had the sand/dirt lawn topping mix and the garden soil delivered. It is super clean, small particles and spreadable (no chunks of plastic, glass or other debris that I've had from other vendors; and no huge chunks of wood or bark). Competitively priced too.
