A truly great , no frills gym . Great old school vibe , with a large variety of strength training equipment. Having 24/7 access is unbeatable. Great crowd , with good etiquette . Truly a hidden gem in this flashy age of fitness.
The best gym around! 24/7/365... key fob and you're in! If there's power, they're open. Everyone actually HAS gym etiquette and racks their weights 👍 Beginner or expert...they have it all. If you want a truly crazy workout experience, the rockaway facility is amazing for morning workouts before work. Right off of route 80. Easy hop off/hop on highway access.
Topshelf is the best gym, and I been to many. It being 24hrs is a game changer. Also all the equipment you will leverage see in any other box gym. The community is unmatched. Highly recommended if you’re on the fence.
Exactly what I was looking for; an arsenal of machines and weights waiting to be used. Not someone sitting on the phone or a group of people chit-chatting on it. Clean gym with friendly staff and crowd!!
Clean, great music selection, never too crowded, really good equipment that’s never broken, and all three locations are great!
