I'm 62 and have been working out here since last year. I mainly go in the mornings 2-3 times per week. Overall, I like going there. It's more of a weight lifters gym, although they do have treadmills, some ellipticals and a few bikes. For me, the floor is a little crowded with equipment. It's not a very big place so space is limited. I would not want to work out in the afternoon because of the closeness. Beautiful gym and fair pricing, but the cancellation practices are completely unacceptable. Trying to cancel has been an absolute nightmare. No manager ever seems to be on site, and after explaining that I moved 45 minutes away and no longer have a vehicle, management rudely told me that I live “close enough” to come in anyway. After nearly two months of good-faith attempts to cancel, I’ve been ignored, spoken to unprofessionally, and even told to simply cancel the card they’re charging (which is not how it works and you wou... read more

A truly great , no frills gym . Great old school vibe , with a large variety of strength training equipment. Having 24/7 access is unbeatable. Great crowd , with good etiquette . Truly a hidden gem in this flashy age of fitness.
