Beware of owners wife Over the year that I was a member at the gym I had an extremely pleasant experience. Nothing but good things to say about staff and members. But that took a change when I had to contact the gym about canceling my membership. The woman who claimed to be the owners wife was extremely condescending, unprofessional and just overall rude. She ended up hanging up on me after I tried to "kill her with kindness" and said I will be flagged in their system. That does not affect me as I no longer live in NJ but it... read more
