I've been a patient here since the early 90's because I didn't have to travel far. At that time It was easy to contact them and speak with someone when I called. I've been happy with the doctors and services there and I haven't had to wait very long for my appointment. Since CMMC has taken charge of the practice, it's difficult now to speak with someone on the phone when I call. The majority of the time I've had to leave a message and sometimes I've found myself playing phone tag. It's very frustrating!
Small community hospital with care not found elsewhere. Great care from trained caregiver who truly care about the patients they service. We are luck to have such a facility. The outpatient clinics are great as well. It's nice to not have to travel. The oncology department has one of the best oncologist one could see for their cancer needs. I highly recommend this facility.
Dr. Dechenes is an intelligent, caring, thoughtful, with a firm knowledge base of medicine. She allows me to participate equally in my care, is open to my concerns and constantly seeks appropriate treatments to relieve my pain and improve my health. I have been going to Dr. Van Mourik for over 10 years now whenever I have been sick. Usually when I go in there he listens to my chest and looks in my nose and throat and he is quick to diagnose and give antibiotics. I recently made an appointment to have some vaccines done because I am going back to school. The school requires that I also have titers on the vaccine's to prove that I am immune. This office has treated me very well. Jolene has been a great help in getting me in to see the doctor within reasonable time. Dr. Kohli was a great help to me and was very good in explaining to what was going on. I would recommend this office to others, very thorough in their work. I did not have to wait long in the waiting room and it was nice to be able to have the doctor to talk to on the phone. Very good at calling with results and explaining what was going on.
