Dr. Al-Sakati is very caring, listens to your complaints and finds a solution. Recommend her 100%. I was hospitalized and she actually called me because I was having a problem with the hospital physician. The reception staff although very busy always take time to give you that personal touch. Getting through on the phone line is next to impossible so I always book my appointments online and have no problems.
I have been seeing my family Doctor there for years. The wait may be long at times but totally worth it. Lucky to have a family Doctor! So take into consideration how many ppl don't have doctors. The receptionists are ran off their feet there and sometimes may appear frustrates. Overall awesome!
The girls at the front desk are some the most unprofessional nasty people you'll ever come across. They only take cash payments no ATM no debit machine She will let you know it's your problem not hers. nothing but the best at them gem.
