I brought my 81 year old mother to this Doctor. She asked him too many things so she didn't get her cortisone shot in her knee. He refused to give it to her stating we only have 10 minutes of his time. BTW in Canada we celebrate remberance day! This Dr has chosen not to observe remberance day! Shame on him.
I haven’t been able to contact Dr. Al-Sakati’s office for over 15 months or more. I don’t even know if she still is practicing(?). Theres an online booking system called Pomeleo that I have had an account for but when I attempt to book an appointment it says the clinic doesn’t allow appointments to be booked online..well then why is it even linked as an option on the website for the clinic? Why does it list the Cowan Clinic at all on Pomeleo? Did someone just create this system as an alternative to the fact the phone is neve... read more
Absolutely terrible. I would not recommend going here AT ALL
I have a great dr, but why do the staff always take their lunch 20 min early… lunch is 12-1. Not 11:40 till 1:30
