Dr. Olmstead and Dr. Baker are never too busy to explain treatment plans clearly, offer options, no pressure and care for you with the utmost compassion. The front office staff especially Brandy, always welcome you with a smile, take time to work with you explaining in detail what services were received and answer all questions. A great experience every time I visit. Highly recommend.
I was at N. Topsail on vacation and experienced excruciating pain in my jaw and cheek bone for the first 2 days. I called them on day 3 and they took me the same day! They were so accommodating and caring, gave me a warm blanket when I asked as a joke! 🥰 After a thorough examination, the doc determined it wasn’t a tooth problem after all, but a case of tri-geminal neuralgia that had been triggered by a wicked case of poison ivy I had gotten into days before. I have been going to Topsail Dental for almost two years and they are truly the best - the entire staff is so welcoming and personal when I walk in. This last time I had Becky as my hygienist and Dr. Baker! Becky was so informative during my appointment and gave such great tips that I feel like I will be able to keep up with, we even hugged at the end which I loved! Dr. Baker is so awesome and relatable and I look forward to dental cleanings with them!
Such an amazing dental clinic! It feels like a spa inside and the care is top notch and guilt free. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a new clinic!
