This place has saved my life. Every staff member has helped me on my journey to become a better human being and to find my spiritual power Chaz and Chris are my guys and I’ll never forget them or all the staff , Jen my Threpist was awesome, thank you for the bottom of my heart

The program is mediocre; it mostly focuses on alcohol and drug abuse not our mental being. They have no structure to the program or a schedule. They teach the same thing over and over. Either book or the 12 steps! The program director Chris Coates is the most arrogant, unkind, cocky, narcissistic and un humble human i have ever met. This is the best recovery program ever!!! Staff is top notch here. After leaving a 30 day rehab I entered this outpatient program and I can't say enough. I love everyone there, their professionalism and their passion. I would highly recommend anyone in need of help to go to Topsail.

The program is Okay; it mostly focuses on alcohol and drug abuse. Most of the therapist's care about their patients and wellbeing.They could work on making groups more interesting and teach better coping skills. They teach the same thing, if it’s not the book is the 12 steps. It can be very boring at times! They don’t follow a schedule or have anything plan for groups.
